We are seeking a dynamic individual for the Regional Director of Sales . This position will build and manage sales revenue along with development and growth of sales teams . 

Essential
  • Develops leads by:
    • Active prospecting through outside sales efforts, networking and client development research;
    • Maintaining cold call quotas;
    • Maintaining follow-up call quotas; and
    • Maintaining face-to-face appointment quotas.
  • Increasing membership sales and growth of accounts by creating, implementing and managing  membership promotions with new and existing accounts.
  • Directing and managing all on-site membership enrollments
  • Scheduling all membership promotions, health fairs and on-site activities for new and existing accounts
  • Processing corporate membership paperwork, trial passes promotion materials and any additional communication to new and current members.
  • Developing client relationships through the use of consistent follow-up phone calls, thank you notes, program updates and timely membership promotions.
  • Developing and/or collaborating on-site programs for new and existing clientele
  • Meeting monthly sales quotas per revenue type
  • Performs any related duties as assigned.
  • Assists in the development of plans and policies related to the Sales Department.

Requirements:

  • Any combination equivalent to a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (i.e., five (5) to six (6) years related experience).
  • Thorough knowledge of principles of effective communication, sales, fitness, wellness and gym operations, community relations, demonstration, organization structure, and business relations, as they relate to corporate gym memberships.
  • Ability to plan, organize and effectively present ideas and concepts to groups and individuals.  Ability to assimilate information from a variety of sources, analyze information, and recommend courses of action to be taken.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.

 

This position is full time; eligible for employee benefits after surpassing the 60 day probationary period. Salary commensurate with experience.

Compensation: 70K-85K
