This is a performance-based leadership position inside one of the most respected names
in fitness. Working alongside the Senior Fitness Sales Manager, you’ll help deliver
measurable outcomes in sales growth, staff development, and client satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Fitness Sales Manager in the daily operations and performance of the
Personal Training department
• Help lead, mentor, and hold personal trainers accountable to department standards and goals
• Meet individual sales goals and contribute to department revenue and member conversion
targets
• Conduct fitness assessments, onboarding sessions, and personal training sales
presentations
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to supports enrollment,
engagement, and retention
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing personal trainers
• Reinforce a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous education
• Assist with tracking sales activity, trainer performance, and client progress,
communicating updates to the Senior Fitness Sales Manager
• Support trainer scheduling and coordination to maintain consistent member service
• Collaborate with leadership to execute events and department initiatives
• Maintain a strong presence on the gym floor to build member relationships and support
the training team
• Provide department leadership in the Senior Fitness Sales Manager absence within
assigned authority.

Requirements
• Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA,
NPTI, etc.) preferred
• CPR/AED Certification (current)
• Minimum 2 years of personal training experience
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in fitness or sales
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong understanding of fitness programming, member engagement, and business
operations
• Professional appearance, leadership presence, and effective communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate exercises and be physically active on the gym floor

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
