Membership Coordinator – Sales

- Responding to and nurturing incoming leads
- Prospecting and creating your own sales opportunities
- Making outbound calls, texts, and emails
- Scheduling gym tours and appointments
- Giving tours and presenting membership options
- Following up consistently with prospects who haven't joined yet
- Asking for referrals and generating new leads
- Maintaining accurate information in our CRM
- Following our established sales processes and systems
- Working toward individual and team sales goals
- Providing an excellent experience from the first conversation through the sale
