Your Role as a Facility Associate
Keep the entire club immaculate and safe — floors, equipment, locker rooms, restrooms, and glass — so members always walk into a spotless space.
Key Responsibilities
Cleanliness Standards
- Clean and sanitize all areas: floors, equipment, locker rooms, restrooms, and glass.
- Help the club earn best-in-class NPS on Cleanliness.
Facility Support
- Restock supplies and keep back-of-house areas organized.
- Spot and report maintenance or safety issues early.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all sanitation, chemical-handling, and safety protocols.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience
- Prior cleaning or janitorial experience a plus, but not required — reliability matters most.
Education
- No formal education required.
Skills & Attributes
- Detail-obsessed, dependable, and hard-working, with pride in a spotless space.
- Able to work early mornings, evenings, or overnight as scheduled, and to be on your feet and lift as needed.
Salary and Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $15 per hour.

Tu Rol como Asociado de Instalaciones
Mantén todo el club impecable y seguro —pisos, equipos, vestidores, baños y vidrios— para que los miembros siempre entren a un espacio impecable.
Responsabilidades Principales
Estándares de Limpieza
- Limpia y desinfecta todas las áreas: pisos, equipos, vestidores, baños y vidrios.
- Ayuda a que el club logre un NPS de primer nivel en Limpieza.
Apoyo a las Instalaciones
- Reabastece los suministros y mantén organizadas las áreas internas.
- Detecta y reporta a tiempo los problemas de mantenimiento o seguridad.
Seguridad y Cumplimiento
- Sigue todos los protocolos de sanidad, manejo de químicos y seguridad.
Requisitos y Habilidades
Experiencia
- Tener experiencia previa en limpieza o conserjería es una ventaja, pero no es obligatoria; lo más importante es la confiabilidad.
Educación
- No se requiere educación formal.
Habilidades y Cualidades
- Meticuloso, confiable y trabajador, con orgullo por un espacio impecable.
- Capaz de trabajar temprano por la mañana, por la tarde/noche o durante la noche según se programe, y de estar de pie y levantar peso según sea necesario.
Salario y Beneficios
- Tarifa por Hora: $15 por hora.
- Bono: posibilidad de bono por confiabilidad y por NPS de limpieza.
