What You’ll Do
- Lead dynamic and safe Pilates Reformer classes for all levels
- Provide hands-on adjustments and clear, effective cueing
- Create an inclusive, welcoming environment for all clients
- Offer modifications and progressions to meet individual needs
- Build relationships with clients and foster community
- Arrive prepared with thoughtful, well-structured class plans
- Uphold studio standards and contribute to a positive team culture
- Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor (required)
- Strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and movement mechanics
- Ability to command a room with confidence and authenticity
- Positive, motivating, and professional presence
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Availability for early mornings / evenings / weekends - 2-4 classes a week
If you have additional Group X experience - you can teach/sub a variety of formats in our clubs!
