- Oversee daily operations of the recovery lounge and member check-ins
- Lead and support Recovery Lounge staff, including coaching and upholding standards and expectations
- Educate members on proper use and benefits of each modality
- Maintain a clean, calm, and organized environment
- Monitor session times, equipment use, and member flow
- Oversee equipment functionality and safety
- Answer member questions related to muscle recovery, soreness, and post-workout recovery practices
- Create a relaxing environment where members comfortable
- Background or strong interest in fitness, strength training, or muscle recovery
- Comfortable explaining recovery methods to members
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Some sales experience is preferred, but not required.
- Some special event experience is preferred
- Experience in a med spa, fitness center or high end retail environment preferred
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Must be able to clear a background check
- Must have reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule including some nights and weekends
