Type: Full-Time | Salary Range: $17 - $20 per hour

- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day gym operations, including sales, fitness programs, and administrative tasks. Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain gym standards.
- Member Growth & Retention: Drive membership sales, conduct gym tours, and follow up with leads. Maintain positive member relationships to enhance retention.
- Goal Setting: Set ambitious goals for both the team and you, tracking progress and ensuring consistent results.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the Club Manager to optimize gym schedules, support events, and implement marketing strategies to boost brand presence.
- Problem-Solving: Handle member service issues with a positive attitude and quick, effective resolutions.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
- Two or more years of relevant work experience (Sales, retail, reception, customer service etc.)
- Two or more years of staff supervision and onboarding experience.
- Ability to manage front desk recruitment processes, membership tours, interviews and sales.
- Exceptional customer service skills, responding to multiple questions, via phone calls, email and in person.
- Availability: Must be flexible with working hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven Leadership: 2-4 years of management experience in a team-oriented environment, ideally within retail, hospitality, or fitness.
- Previous experience in Fitness Industry (Sales, Operations etc.)
- Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You know how to motivate and engage a team and members.
- Comfortable using gym management software, email, and digital tools.
- Availability: Must be flexible with working hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

- Ability to move frequently throughout the club and engage with members and team members.
- Lifting of weights and assisting with physical fitness activities.
- Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time.
- Ability to work in a lively gym environment with high noise levels (e.g., weights clanking, people exercising).
