Position Overview

The Front Desk/Sales Lead is the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience at our gym. In addition to front desk responsibilities, this role plays a key part in sales outreach, membership growth, and social media engagement. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and driven to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining an organized and engaging front desk environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service & Front Desk Duties

    • Greet and check in members and guests, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere
    • Answer inquiries about gym operations, policies, and membership options
    • Process retail and concession sales
    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
    • Answer phone calls professionally and courteously

  • Sales & Membership Growth

    • Proactively reach out to prospective members via phone, email, and in-person interactions
    • Conduct gym tours for potential members and educate them on membership benefits
    • Follow up with leads to convert them into active members
    • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

  • Social Media & Engagement

    • Assist in creating and posting content for the gym’s social media platforms
    • Engage with members online to promote events, specials, and fitness programs
    • Help generate community interest through social media outreach
Requirements:

  • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Strong communication skills for both in-person and digital interactions
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or social media is a plus but not required
