The Front Desk/Sales Lead is the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience at our gym. In addition to front desk responsibilities, this role plays a key part in sales outreach, membership growth, and social media engagement. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and driven to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining an organized and engaging front desk environment.

Customer Service & Front Desk Duties
- Greet and check in members and guests, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere
- Answer inquiries about gym operations, policies, and membership options
- Process retail and concession sales
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Answer phone calls professionally and courteously

Sales & Membership Growth
- Proactively reach out to prospective members via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Conduct gym tours for potential members and educate them on membership benefits
- Follow up with leads to convert them into active members
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

Social Media & Engagement
- Assist in creating and posting content for the gym’s social media platforms
- Engage with members online to promote events, specials, and fitness programs
- Help generate community interest through social media outreach
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills for both in-person and digital interactions
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in sales, marketing, or social media is a plus but not required
