Position: Facility Manager

Golds Gyms of the Carolina’s is growing fast and looking for a new Facilities Manager! We’ll challenge your skills, talents, and abilities and reward your every success.

Hires, trains, supervises, coaches, and evaluates maintenance staff.
Develops and maintains a productive maintenance team through well-structured training and mentoring programs that communicate the Company’s strategies and business objectives.
Ordering of all equipment parts, sanitary supplies, maintenance supplies, and related items using the Company approved purchase order system.
Keeps in compliance with and abreast of all OSHA regulations.
Ensures a high level of customer service.
Initiate maintenance and safety programs for a variety of facility equipment
Be responsible for the preventative maintenance of machinery including HVAC.
Keep compliant and aware of all changes with regulatory agencies like OSHA.
Demonstrate awareness and knowledge of all emergency procedures.
Manage all aspects of the buildings, exterior grounds, equipment, inventory overall facility.
Process and oversee deliveries.
Plan and schedule facility modifications, including cost estimates for the facility.
Pool Maintenance/Pool operator experience preferred.
